Network Administration

The Network Administration API is a critical component of our payment network, ensuring seamless connectivity, reactivation, and security compliance between (RPP) and its Participants. This API comprises two main services—Echo Request and Sign-On/Sign- Off that work together to maintain the robustness and reliability of our payment ecosystem.

Echo Request

The Echo Request service is designed to maintain continuous connectivity and monitor the availability of Participants within the RPP network.

Sign On & Off Request

The Sign-On and Sign-Off services enable the seamless management of Participants’ connectivity to the RPP system, particularly around scheduled maintenance periods.

DuitNow Transfer

Credit Transfer

Fast and Convenient payment method that allows instant transfer of funds between bank accounts using proxy (mobile number, NRIC, passport number, Business Register Number, etc.)

DuitNow QR

Domestic Merchant Presented QR

Make quick, seamless, and secure payments by scanning QR codes. Simply scan the DuitNow QR code at participating merchants to pay easily.

Domestic Consumer Presented QR

Enables customers to generate and present their own QR codes to merchants for scanning, allowing for convenient and contactless transactions.

DuitNow Cross Border QR

Cross Border Outbound QR

Enables customers with a foreign Bank Account to make payments via their chosen mobile banking appilication by scanning the QR code generated by local merchants in Malaysia.

Cross Border Inbound QR

Enables Malaysians abroad to make payments via their mobile banking or e-payment application by scanning the merchants' QR code.
